Unexpected hospitality at midnight

Arriving late, I was promptly greeted by a friendly staff member who made my check-in seamless. The room was immaculate, with plush beds that made for a restful night.

Unfortunately, the gym's AC was out during my stay, which made working out a challenge. Additionally, there was some noise from nearby rooms that occasionally disturbed my peace.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the extra power outlets. They had a hidden closet that was like a magician's trick. Very thoughtful touches added a homey feel!

Somehow, I managed to bring in all my luggage, only to realize the closet was playing hide and seek! And don’t get me started on the shower caulk. I thought mold was trying to join us for the stay!

We had a fantastic time exploring the area, enjoying activities like water skiing and golfing. The hotel was super clean, and the breakfast gave us the energy we needed for our adventures. Traveling with five adult children, it was perfect for our family.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast could have more variety.

The hotel had a spacious and inviting lobby with fresh fruit and cookies available throughout the day, creating a homely atmosphere that I absolutely appreciated during my stay. It was very easy to navigate around the hotel.

More variety in breakfast options would be helpful.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, making the check-in process delightful, while the cleanliness of the breakfast area stood out impressively. However, dark discoloration in the shower caulk was concerning, and the room lacked a bathtub. While the breakfast selections were satisfactory, a bit more variety would enhance the experience.

The staff were genuinely welcoming, making the atmosphere feel like home, and my fur baby received plenty of love during our stay. The cleanliness of the breakfast area was impressive, and I especially enjoyed the crêpes offered during breakfast. However, there were some cleanliness issues in my room, and one of the gym machines was out of order, which limited my workout options. Additionally, the soundproofing could use improvement as there were disturbances from nearby rooms.

The hotel was super clean and perfect for our group. We enjoyed water skiing and golfing in the area. It was nice to have a complimentary breakfast that fueled us up for our adventures. Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting.

The only downside was that one of the gym machines was out of order during our stay, making it tough for us to all work out together.

Pleasant Experience with Stellar Service

The highlight of my stay was the staff, especially Heather, who was incredibly helpful when my reservation changed. I felt welcomed from check-in to breakfast, where the area was spotless and the food selection was impressive. My room was not only clean but also comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, I would appreciate more attention to the warm food items during breakfast.
